Made of a lightweight cotton blend material soak in water before you go out. Cool coats are loose fitting to allow for good airflow and fabrics used are also designed for good airflow to allow for cooling a thin layer between the cotton backing and mesh top layer allows coat to hold more water to keep your greyhound cool for longer.
